1. When buying artwork or a character from me you are agreeing to:- Receiving an invoice on Paypal as the payment method.- Send full payment before receiving the final product.
Send money through PayPal in USD.- Understanding that prices vary per complexity of the artwork, but generally will stay close to the stated range.- For a commission, having a reference with a description ready.- Stating whether or not you require additional files (PSD file, transparent file).- Small changes being made upon request, but not an entire picture overhaul.- Having the finished piece posted to my social media websites.- Never using the artwork or character in support to/for nazi and/or alt-right propaganda or material, including but not limited to racist, homophobic, xenophobic, transphobic or in any way bigoted material.- For commissions: Give credit where it is due. Always credit when the art is used. (In thumbnails, videos, profile pictures, etc).2. When you receive the artwork you reserve the right to:- Have full use of the artwork in whatever way you see fit, (repost, profile picture, adding to another picture, etc).- Make edits to the artwork in any way corresponding to other terms previously mentioned.- Re-sell the adopted character or artwork for the SAME or LESS than what was originally priced. This ONLY pertains to artwork linked to a character that is being sold, or of the original design of a character I have sold.- For a commissioned artwork example: If a commissioner wishes to sell their character and all the art they’ve purchased for it, they reserve the right to sell the artwork I’ve made for that character along with it, as long as it is valued as the same or less than the original price.- For an adopted character for example: If a customer who has bought a design of a character from me and they wish to sell the character, they reserve the right to sell the character as long as it is valued at the same or less than the original price. If the character has received other artworks since, they may be added to the price for whatever their value is priced at by the customer.3. In the case you wish to cancel or wish to receive a refund:- If I have not started the commission yet you will receive a full refund.- If I have started the commission you will receive a refund for however much % I have not completed yet.
For example: if I am half-way done a commission you will receive a 50% refund. You do not have any ownership or rights to the artwork that has been completed so far.- Finished commissions, near-finished commissions and adoptable characters are non-refundable.- I reserve the right to use the WIP that was cancelled in any way I see fit.4. In the case I need to cancel or postpone a commission:- I will issue a full refund for cancelled commissions.- I will issue a partial refund depending on how much extra time is needed.- I will not issue a refund for cancelled commissions that were cancelled due to rude or offensive interactions with the client.5. What I draw and won’t draw:- Mostly furry: feral & anthro.- Pokemon, Animal Crossing, and Smash characters.- Human- SFW & NSFW- WON’T draw mecha, offensive themes, redraws of someone else’s art unless it is your own.
